Shipping & returns

Ready-made pasties ship from our studio within 1–2 business days. Custom pasties are made to order in 1–3 business days. Large bulk and event orders may take longer — we'll confirm a date with your quote.

• Flat $5 standard shipping inside the US, free on orders over $50.
• Standard US delivery is typically 3–5 business days after your order ships.
• Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout if you need your pasties sooner.
• Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your package leaves the studio.

We ship worldwide. International shipping is a flat $25 per order. Delivery usually takes 1–3 weeks. Any customs duties, taxes or import fees are the customer's responsibility.

All sales are final. Because pasties are an intimate body product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products — no exceptions.

If an item is defective, we'll replace it once you've supplied proof of the defect (a clear photo is fine). Contact us through our contact page with your order number and photos, and we'll take care of it.

Please note: shipping costs for replacements may be the customer's responsibility.

If tracking hasn't moved for 7 days (21 days internationally), get in touch and we'll open a claim with the carrier and take care of you.
